A careful, evidence-driven review of pension calculations where the client suspects an error or shortfall. Professional Standards Across All Services

Client Confidentiality

All service records, financial data, and personal information shared with us are treated as strictly confidential. No third-party disclosure without explicit written consent.

Written Engagement Letter

Every engagement begins with a clear letter confirming the scope of work, the agreed fee, and the expected timeline. Nothing is assumed; everything is stated.

Client Approval Before Submission

Any formal correspondence sent to a pension authority on a client's behalf is reviewed and approved by the client in advance. No submission is made without the client's explicit agreement.

Impartial Findings

Our fee is for the advisory work, not for a particular finding. We report what the evidence shows, including where the existing pension is found to be calculated correctly.

Personal Data Protection

We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). Client data is held securely, used only for the stated advisory purpose, and retained no longer than necessary.

Progress Communication

Clients are updated at each material stage of their engagement. They are never left uncertain about the status of their matter or the next expected step.

Service Fees

All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit and are fixed for the described scope. No additional charges apply unless a scope extension is agreed in writing.
